How to change you life for the better
It is a very common saying that we are the ones that can make our lives really good or really bad, and that it all depends in how we see the situations that happen in our lives. I have to say that I agree and disagree about this at the same time.
Life is full of surprises. Some are good and some are bad. And even if we try to always see the good side of things, there are certain situations that are still too painful, regardless of having a good side or not. Life can be so wonderful, but it also can be tough...
Thinking about what I could do to be happier, and going down the road of finding true happiness I can across this little trick that is so simple and so powerful...
So this brings me to debut here the new part my website called 365 Grateful. I swear it is pretty easy if you are truly willing to engage in this daily exercise. All you have to do is recognize the little wonders that you have in your day-to-day life! But wait, don't get me wrong, I am not telling you to settle for little, or to just be happy with what you have, or that you don't deserve better. No, none of that!
What a lot of people don't know is that we are powerful. We do have control over what happen to us, and that we truly attract the same things we put out into the world. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION REALLY WORKS!!!
Being grateful for what we already have has many benefits. First it will show you that you are already fortunate. You already have reasons to be happy. Although maybe you might be going through a rough path, you still have lots of good things going on in your life. Gratefulness shows you the light in the moment of darkness, or even better, it makes your right now even brighter! Do you see what I am saying? You already have the happiness in your hands, you just need to look at it!
Also being grateful will put out there lots of good energy. Happiness and satisfaction. Feeding the universe this kind of energy will attract to your life more things that will bring you good energy, happiness and satisfaction! Simple hum?
So I will give you a head start. I found this awesome website that will do half of the work for you! The deal is: you will sign up for it, and then you can choose how many times (up to four times a day) you would like to be reminded about "what are you grateful for". All you have to do is reply an email !!! Pretty awesome !! After that, once a week you get a little report about what you were grateful for that week.
